The Problem: Low Visibility in Dubai Property Searches

This Dubai-based real estate brokerage had been selling and renting property across the city for years — Downtown, Marina, Palm Jumeirah, JVC, Business Bay, you name it. Their agents were closing deals, the team was strong, and the inventory was solid. But on Google? They were basically invisible.

Searches like "buy apartment Dubai," "villa for sale Palm Jumeirah," or "real estate broker near me Dubai" were sending every click to the bigger, more established names. Their own Google Business Profile wasn't even claimed, so any local buyer searching for a brokerage in their area couldn't find them in the Maps results. They were losing qualified leads every single day to agencies with worse agents but better digital presence.

When the owner first called us, the frustration was clear — "we have the inventory, we have the closers, but the phone isn't ringing from Google." That was the starting point. Over the next 12 months we rebuilt their entire search presence, got the GMB claimed and ranked, and pushed the website up the rankings for every term that actually matters in Dubai property.

The SEO Issues Holding Back Their Dubai Property Rankings

After tearing through their site, their profile, and their backlink profile, the issues stacked up fast. Here's what was actually keeping them out of the results.

GMB Was Never Claimed

The Google Business Profile existed but nobody owned it. Wrong hours, no photos, no categories, no posts, no service areas set. They were not showing up in the Maps 3-pack at all for any Dubai property query.

Pages Built Without Search Intent

The site had listing pages and a homepage, but no area pages, no buyer guides, no neighbourhood content. Title tags were generic, headings didn't match what people actually typed into Google, and the schema markup was missing.

Almost No Authority Signals

Backlink profile was thin — a handful of directory links and nothing else. No mentions on Dubai media, no property portal features, no PR, no guest posts on real estate or UAE business sites. Google had no reason to trust them over the bigger brokerages.

Outranked on Every Money Term

For searches like "buy apartment Dubai Marina" or "off-plan properties Dubai," they were sitting on page 3 to page 5. The average position was 29.2 — which in Google terms means most buyers never even scrolled close to them.

The SEO Strategy Behind 152% More Property Leads

We split the work into three buckets — what's done on the website, what's done off the website, and the content that ties it all together. Every single tactic rolled up into these three areas.

6-Month Dubai Real Estate SEO Growth Plan

Twelve months, broken into clear phases. Nothing fancy, just a system that stacked improvements on top of each other until the numbers moved.

1

Full Audit & Keyword Map

Pulled every existing GSC query, ran competitor gap analysis on the top 10 Dubai brokerages, and built a master list of 180+ search terms the brokerage should be visible for. Sorted them by intent — buyer, seller, renter, investor.

2

Claiming & Rebuilding The GMB

Claimed the profile, verified the location, fixed the hours, set service areas across all of Dubai, added 60+ photos of listings and the office, and loaded every relevant primary and secondary category. Started posting updates every single week.

3

On-Page Rebuild

Rewrote every title tag, meta and H1. Built out dedicated area pages for 12 Dubai communities. Added RealEstateAgent and FAQPage schema. Tightened the internal linking so authority flowed toward listing and area pages instead of dying on the blog.

4

Citation Cleanup & Local Listings

Audited every listing of the business across the web, fixed the inconsistent NAP data, claimed the missing ones, and made sure the same name, address and phone showed up in 50+ places. Important for both Google and the smaller search engines.

5

Content Rollout

Published two pieces of long-form content a week. Neighbourhood guides, investor content, off-plan breakdowns, "best areas to buy in Dubai" type posts. Each one written for a real human, structured for Google.

6

Off-Page Authority Building

Reached out to Dubai property portals, lifestyle blogs and UAE business publications. Secured guest posts, a handful of PR features, and contextual backlinks from sites Google already trusts in the property niche.

7

Review Engine & GMB Activity

Built a simple post-transaction flow asking happy clients to drop a review. Replied to every single review, positive or negative. Added new photos and listing updates to the GMB every week to keep the signal fresh.

Google Search Console Results: Before vs After SEO Campaign

Pulled straight from the brokerage's own GSC account. The first six months were the slow build, the second six months were the payoff. Side-by-side numbers don't lie.
